How It Works

  • Submit your idea using the form below.
  • Your idea will be reviewed for its potential impact.
  • If approved, you’ll receive an incentive based on the number of improvement criteria met.

Earn Rewards for Your Ideas

  • Meet 1 criterion → Earn $10
  • Meet 2 criterion → Earn $20
  • Meet 3 criteria → Earn $30
  • Meet 4 criterion → Earn $50

What Qualifies as an Improvement?

Your idea should improve at least one of these areas:

  • Better – Enhances quality, efficiency, or effectiveness.
  • Cheaper – Reduces costs without compromising results.
  • Safer – Improves workplace safety or reduces risk.
  • Faster – Streamlines processes to save time.
