Tessera values its employees and recognizes those who go above and beyond in their roles. Each month, our President/CEO selects a recipient who is honored with a Tessera Excellence pin and a $500 check prize in recognition of their contributions. The Tessera President’s Excellence Award is given to an employee who has demonstrated outstanding performance in one or both of the following categories:

Excellence in Tessera’s Core Values
Awarded to employees who go beyond their job responsibilities to exemplify Tessera’s Core Values—demonstrating integrity, dedication, and service in their daily work.
AND/OR
Exceptional Commitment to Tessera’s Safety Culture
Recognizing employees who actively promote safety, risk awareness, and workplace well-being, going above and beyond to uphold Tessera’s high safety standards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible to be nominated?
Employees in good standing who have reached at least one year of employment with Tessera at any site, including the Home Office. Sorry, Site Managers and Executive Leadership are not eligible.
Who can submit a nomination?
Eligible Tessera employees can be nominated by peers, leadership, and customers. Sorry, but family members may not nominate one another.
Can I nominate myself?
Unfortunately, self-nominations are not accepted.
