Tessera Technical Trades Tools Grant Program

Tessera Invests in Your Future. At Tessera we believe in the power of our employees. The Tessera Technical Trades Tool Grant Program provides financial support to help employees safely achieve success by using the proper tools. If your job requires you to buy your own tools, you may be eligible for technical trades tool assistance.

Grant Details

  • Upon award, the employee will receive an email providing instructions for reimbursement of the approved tool(s).
  • Tool need and cost must be approved by Site Manager before submitting grant request.
  • Upgraded tools are not eligible unless the new tool is a safer, more efficient tool.
  • Prior purchases are not eligible for grant application.
  • $500 limit on approved toolboxes only.
  • If tool grant is awarded, detailed receipt(s) must be provided showing tools purchased with the grant.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be working in a position that requires you to have your own tools and the requested tools are required for your work.
  • No existing disciplinary actions within the past year.
  • A cut-sheet with cost or itemized quote is required for application.
