Tuition Assistance Program

The Tessera Tuition Assistance Program provides financial support to help employees achieve their career goals—whether through college courses, technical training, certifications, or continuing education. If you’re currently enrolled in school or planning to further your education, you may be eligible for tuition assistance.

Program Details​

  • Employees may apply multiple times per year.
  • Applications are reviewed monthly by a standing committee.
  • Courses must not interfere with work schedules—all coursework must be completed outside of work hours.
  • Career goals do not have to be related to your current position at Tessera.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for tuition assistance, you must:

  • Have worked at Tessera for at least one year.
  • Be in good standing—no disciplinary actions within the last 12 months and maintain good attendance.
  • Enroll in a regionally accredited institution or training center.
  • Use funds for tuition and fees for college courses, vocational training, professional certifications, licenses, or continuing education. (Books and supplies are not covered.)
