Tessera Logo Use Acknowledgment 

Purpose

This document serves as an acknowledgment that the recipient understands and agrees to comply with the Tessera Logo Use Policy. By signing below, you affirm that you will adhere to all branding guidelines and restrictions related to logo use.

Acknowledgment Statement 

I acknowledge that I have received and reviewed the Tessera Logo Use Policy. I agree to the following: 

  1. I will only use the Tessera logo in its approved formats and will not modify or alter it in any way.
  2. I will not copy, screenshot, or extract the logo from unauthorized sources. 
  3. I will not distort, recolor, add effects, or crop any part of the logo. 
  4. I will maintain the required clear space around the logo and use it on approved backgrounds only. 
  5. I will not create unauthorized merchandise, apparel, or promotional materials using the Tessera logo. 
  6. I will not use the logo in a way that implies endorsement or sponsorship without approval.
  7. If I am unsure whether my use aligns with the policy, I will seek guidance from the Marketing & Communications team.

I understand that any misuse of the Tessera logo may result in revocation of usage rights and/or required removal of materials.
