Vinnie works the night shift at NIH, monitoring air supply systems critical to protecting sensitive medical research. His attention to detail and ability to focus on subtle changes in the system ensure that research conditions remain stable—work that directly contributes to life-saving discoveries.

Before joining Skookum in 2012, Vinnie was unsure of his career path. Through the AbilityOne® Program and Skookum’s support, he has gained valuable experience in facility management, HVAC, and plumbing. Now, he’s pursuing additional training to further his skills and continue advancing in his career.
