Megan oversees Tessera’s Workforce Development department, leading programs that support career pathways and employment success for individuals with disabilities. Her work focuses on creating meaningful opportunities and equipping individuals with the tools and support needed to succeed in the workforce.
She holds a BA in Sociology from Western Washington University and an MA in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. Prior to joining Tessera, Megan spent 15 years in the Washington State community college system as an Educational Advisor and Career Education Instructor, where she supported student development and career readiness.
