He brings over 20 years of safety experience, primarily in the non-profit and public agency sectors. His expertise includes safety program development and implementation, safety culture assessment, safety auditing, and the design of strategies that improve organizational safety performance.
At Tessera, Rob leads the development and implementation of safety programs, including safety management systems (SMS). His work focuses on enhancing safety practices, conducting safety and culture assessments, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance across the organization.
