Scott is a former Naval Officer and Contracting Officer who also served as a Tessera client during his tenure with the U.S. Navy. As Director of Public Works, he led the planning, management, and operations of a comprehensive Public Works Department supporting three Northwest naval installations, with facilities valued at over $2.9 billion across 8,000 acres.
Following his retirement from the Navy, Scott joined Tessera in 2005.
