Having been the Vice President of Operations at Skils’kin, Steve brings a wealth of experience in leadership, contracting, and business to his role at Tessera. Steve is passionate about community and making a positive impact for people with disabilities. He is he co-creator of the NextSTEPS program which helps people with disabilities who are in low income housing explore work within the AbilityOne program. In his current role now as Regional Vice President, Steve oversees more than 220 employees on a number of contracts, that span across eight sites in multiple states.
