Skookum Contract Services (now Tessera) recently collaborated with IBM to enhance our operations and maintenance efficiency. By integrating IBM® Maximo® Mobile and the Varis® purchasing platform, we streamlined our asset management and procurement processes, resulting in a 15% increase in technician productivity. Technicians now have real-time access to asset data and maintenance histories via mobile devices, allowing for quicker diagnostics and repairs. Additionally, our procurement workflow was simplified from 15 steps to a single digital process, significantly reducing downtime and administrative burdens.
